General Helpers:

  • Responsible for work in different areas of shop. Package sheet/trim materials. Move finished materials to trucks with cranes & forklifts.
  • Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus.
  • Mechanically inclined.

Crane Operators & Loaders: are responsible for loading trucks, using overhead crane and forklifts using order set verification.

  • Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
  • Must be able to work at heights over 5’10”.
  • Warehouse background, Crane skills, and Forklift Skills are very helpful.

Press Rollforming Operators: Operate 21 foot Jorns Press Break for light gauge steel. Read blue prints and set up special parts for production.

  • 1-3 years Jorns or similar press experience required.
  • Must be able to read Blueprints.
  • Ability to read tape measure to sixteenths.





  • Dependable work ethic with positive attitude
  • Team oriented
  • Able to read/write and read tape measure (pre-employment testing)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work overtime hours
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
  • Background in manufacturing with overhead crane and forklift experience a plus
  • Must pass pre-hire assessment (NCRC-bronze cert)
