  • Follow all company policy and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Supervise 10 to 20 employees in the following areas:
  1. Safety –
    1. Complete ownership of the BBS Program, our safety culture, and it’s continued growth. 
    2. Hold all coworkers accountable for safe behavior.
    3. Report ALL incidents.
    4. Have a toolbox safety meeting every day.
    5. Maintain proper housekeeping.
    6. “Zero Tolerance” attitude towards safety.
    7. Partnership with Safety Leader.
  2. Accuracy –
    1. Hold yourself and employees accountable for accuracy issues.
    2. Evaluate root cause and action plan for all issues.
    3. “Zero Tolerance” attitude towards quality and accuracy.
    4. Complete ownership our quality programs and scrap initiatives.
    5. Partnership with Quality Control Leader.
  3. Efficiency –
    1. Commitment to 6-S, Lean principles, and continuous improvement in all areas.
    2. Take ownership of MDI Boards.
    3. Continually challenge to reach goals.
    4. Schedule in the most efficient way, keeping in consideration the effects that it will have on internal and external customers.
    5. Work together with the all departments to achieve plant goals.
  4. Leadership and Management–
    1. Lead by example.
    2. Have a positive attitude, regardless of circumstance.  (Professional, Calm, Confident, Self-Controlled)
    3. Be open minded and optimistic to change and growth.  Nurture an environment of openness, cooperation, and teamwork

  • Must have supervisory or extensive (10+ years) manufacturing experience.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs + 
  • Must read & understand English
  • Tape Measure reading skills
  • Must be able to pass Drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to pass pre-hire assessment criteria
  • Day and Night shift positions available
